Access Gallery
Founded in 1991, Access Gallery is an artist-run centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Their previous website was showing its age: difficult to update, moody, and prone to crashing and hacks. We worked with the gallery to develop a new, modern site that addressed the aforementioned technical shortcomings, and as well introduced a new visual design more in line with the spirit of the gallery — an ethos of provocative ideas, critical conversation, and risk taking.
In addition to design and development, we migrated the gallery's data from their previous website platform, including hundreds of past exhibitions spanning 30 years.
The site features a fully responsive custom theme with a clean, modern design. The site was designed and developed by Co. & Co. in Drupal 8.
